These include energy storage, fuel cells, generators and alternative fuel E-Houses that are class certified, easily installed, upgraded and exchanged. Marine Built E-houses help you provide a rapid and flexible power supply, precisely where needed.

DESIGN ENGINEERING
MB provides expertise in basic and detailed design engineering of your custom E-house. Our team puts decades of marine, oil and gas and E-house manufacturing experience to work to ensure your E-house delivery is on time, on budget, fit for purpose and industry compliant.
Available design services cover a wide range of projects, from refit modifications to new E-house solution designs.
With basic design being the development of contractual design for preliminary class approval and detailed design being the development on the basic design and providing the support needed for the manufacturing and outfitting stage.
MANUFACTURING
We manufacture from your detailed design or help you develop your design. We have over ten years of E-House, switch room, control rooms and substation manufacturing and outfitting experience and a combined 35 years of maritime experience. We ensure the quality, schedule and cost of your project are maintained from design to delivery.
Each structure is built to design, including roof, ceiling, walls, thermal insulation, access points, doors, flooring, lifting and anchoring points, coatings, and paint.
OUTFITTING
Each E-house is outfit to design.

Electrical interfaces, main power, power for HVAC, lighting, and UPS.

Mechanical interfaces, piping, HVAC, cargo handling, firefighting, chilled water, purging ducts.

Serial interfaces, power management and CCTV. Cooling specific to equipment. Fire detection, as required by equipment and class, smoke, heat and gas detection.

Firefighting and suppression, as required by equipment and class, zoned water mist, CO2.

Access, alarmed doors, hatches, evacuation, and monitoring
Each E-house is fully inspected and tested before deployment for equipment installation.
INSTALLATION

We can manage the supervision or the execution of the installation work, when and where you want it.
